p9999 — Learn About Us
p9999 is a safe, fast, and enjoyable online gaming destination built for players in Bangladesh — where every experience puts you at the center.
Our Story & Mission
p9999 was built with a simple but meaningful purpose — to give every player in Bangladesh a safe, transparent, and enjoyable online gaming environment. We believe entertainment should never come at the cost of security. That is why SSL encryption, fair play principles, and responsible gaming practices are given the highest priority at every level of the platform.
p9999 is designed with the people of Bangladesh in mind. Our entire platform is operable in Bengali, and the available payment methods include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — meaning you can deposit and withdraw directly using the mobile banking services you use every day. The minimum deposit is just ৳300, and withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Our game library features top content from world-class providers — games from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and many more are available to you in one place. If you are a cricket fan, our sports betting section is for you, and if you enjoy slots or card games, there are equal opportunities for that too. Every player has different preferences — p9999 respects that variety.
New players at p9999 are welcomed with an attractive welcome bonus. A 150% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,500, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for the bonus is just 20x, and it is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the deposit.
Our VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Through regular play and active participation, you can gradually move up to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback benefits — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 0.8% at Diamond. This is not just a rewards program; it is our way of expressing gratitude to you.
Whenever you need assistance, p9999's support team is by your side seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. You can reach us via live chat and email in both Bengali and English. We have one goal — whenever you need help, it reaches you quickly and sincerely.
